Tony and I have been singing the praises of these delectable treats for years and I think there's no better way to wrap up Vegan MoFo than with a tribute to cookies.
They're organic, fair trade certified, vegan, and free of trans fats. Liz Lovely cookies come in flavors to satisfy every sweet tooth. Our favorites have always been the Cowboy Cookies. When our local grocery store stopped carrying them, we nagged and nagged and called and called until they finally started stocking them again. They are SO worth the effort.
Vegans and non-vegans alike will fall to their knees when they taste these cookies. Since we started munching them, Liz Lovely Cookies have collected several awards and kudos for their excellent quality and taste - all well-deserved.
