WSOPC

(spoiler alert)

The WSOPC is down to four teams: The Boeghy Bunch, The Velvet Rope Revolution, Almost Perfect Strangers, and my favorite, El Chupacabra. For the most part it seems like the producers have done a decent job of pairing up teams with comparable skill levels, although in earlier rounds, that wasn't the case. The four teams that have made it to the finals totally deserve to be there - they know their trivia - and I'd like to see it come down to Almost Perfect Strangers against El Chupacabra for the win.

But OMG. That SNL category last night - I would have rocked that so hard. It must be way intimidating and nervewracking to stand up there in front of a thousand people, because some of the contestants seem to blank on the easiest questions. At least some of them have a sense of humor when they don't know an answer.

Completely unrelated to WSOPC, I read Tim Gunn's blog yesterday, and let me just say, Project Runway better kick it into high gear with some better editing! Why didn't we see that Jeffrey and Allison almost didn't finish their dress? In fact, we saw very little of any of the dressmaking, because they were so busy focusing on the Angela/Vincent drama. Balance, people, balance!

I was glad to see that I wasn't the only one that sucked in the SNL category. (But come on people, Burt Reynolds. Even I knew that one.)

How awesome was it to see Cheetara lose? Very! I realize it makes me sound like a jerk, but more than caring about who won, I wanted them to lose.

I'm with you on El Chupacabra and Almost Perfect Strangers. APS is such a cool story, that it's great to see them doing so well.

I was actually rooting for them this time because I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally don't like the Velvet Rope Revolution. And it was so close!

Umm, who knew about Mr. Pibb and Red Vines? Thank you.

That was freaking impressive! But then again, you only knew, oh, EVERYTHING they asked last night.

Tim Gunn's blog could have used some editing.

Oh, I forgot about the "crazy delicious" question. I was screaming at the TV when they both missed that one. I take the people on TV not knowing things I know quite rationally.
