World Series of Pop Culture v.2

You guys! You guys! OMG! Did you watch last night?

Because you could hear Tony's loud clap! I'm totally serious! After the audience stopped applauding, Tony let out an extra loud clap a couple of times, and I SWEAR TO GOD, you can hear it! Right after the guy from We're What Willis Was Talking About was introduced. HIS LOUD CLAP. WAS ON. THE TEE VEE. We'd better get going on the bio and headshots for the loud clap, because I bet all the big agents will be begging to represent it.

For serious, though, how much did Alexandra from El Chupacabra rock her team? She rules - I want them to win the whole thing.

I haven't seen last night's episoe yet, but it's on the TiVo. I'll have to watch...err, listen for the loud clap when I watch it tonight. The show needs to not come on so late. I'm old and I work, doesn't VH1 know this?

I know, right?! We moved the tv from the rec room up to our bedroom (after saying we wouldn't put a tv in our bedroom) because we are just.too.old and there is GOOD TV on at night!

I was at my mom's house, telling her about WSOPC, when I decided to stay there to watch it. Then I realized that that would entail me getting home at, like, 10:20. Remember, it's an hour earlier here. So I went home and watched it by myself, because sistafriend gots to be in bed at 10.

If by "we moved the tv", you mean "Danielle wanted it moved and Tony physically moved it", then yes, we moved the tv. Me, I'm content to fall asleep on the couch every so often.

If by "Tony physically moved it," you mean, "Danielle was a nervous wreck that you would hurt yourself and begged you repeatedly all the way up the stairs to help lift it," then yes, you moved the tv. Hee.

I finally watched the show last night. It was fantastic and so exciting to know you were in the audience! If only I had known to listen for the loud clapping...

I watched it. I can't say I like the format. The one on one thing doesn't work for me. The whole point of playing trivia is to play with a team so you can all help each other.

I didn't hear Tony clap. Sorry. But I am disappointed in the show in general.

Ok, now I've watched the TiVo'ed episode. I couldn't tell about the Loud Clap, but then I'm not really on a first name basis with it.

The one person eliminating all 3 of the other team: amazing. Her teammates owe her dinner at the least.

Also, how awesome was the triple tiebreaker round they had to go to. I love this show way too much.

Finally, in reviewing the comments since I posted earlier, I realized that I wrote "episoe" in my comment, because I'm a genius and I had to laugh at the back and forth commenting about moving the TV because it sounds just like a conversation that would happen at my house.

Oh, fear not, because we watched the episode again last night and isolated not one, but two of Tony's Loud Claps. We will be ripping the audio and posting it later for your listening pleasure.
