Would you like to go to 'artford?

A day doesn't go by that I don't quote Waiting for Guffman.

Before SNL became unfunny, I never missed an episode. When I saw Guffman for the first time, I knew instantly where the character of Corky St. Clair originated. Fans of SNL will remember this skit:

Men's Synchronized Swimming

Now, if you haven't seen Waiting for Guffman, I insist that you rent it immediately. You'll be richer for it.

God, I love that movie. "Midnight... at the OAAAAASis!" I just love catherine o'hara. Also, did you know that it never occurred to me that he had the wrong character altogether with the Cockney accent until you pointed it out to me?
