I was only a toddler when it was in reruns, but I vaguely remember being afraid of the Electric Company. Something about it was unsettling. Maybe the bad 70s fashions scared me. I'm getting a little anxious just looking at that picture now.

The Electric Company on DVD -- How very cool!

I really enjoyed that show when my eldest was a devoted viewer. What a talented cast! I wish it had still been on the air when my younger two kids came along.

Danielle, of course I will immediately add this to my birthday wish list...
I grew up with this show...not in reruns, but when they were first out...and they totally kicked Sesame Street's ass!

Finally, (besides the early/original version of Zoom) there was a fairly darn hip kids show that didn't royally pander to the mindless.

Rita Moreno and Morgan Freeman. 'Nuff said!
